Our studios were renovated again in 2025 in order to meet all your wishes as a guest of our stay. 

We have used beautiful, sustainable materials with an eye for detail and with attention to the environment. With automatic LED lighting, smart radiator knobs, saving valves and extra floor and wall insulation, we try to limit emissions as much as possible. 

We hope you have a wonderful time with us, and of course – a lot of Joy at the Beach.

We're nice folks 🙂

Hi there,

We are Joy and Rutger, and since a couple of years we rent out a part of our beautiful home to share our excitement about our hometown with guests from all over the world. 

Since we both work full time, we are not always at home and we can’t always help you right away, so we have decided to work together with a local travel agent; Dionne, from Smiling Host.

She is the best and will make sure you have an amazing stay.

The apartment is stylishly decorated. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. The bathroom is very nice, as is the shower. If you like it, you can even use a sauna in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The way to the beach is not far, almost over the road.
